Does Class 3C / 3CA driving licence apply to Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and Employment Pass holders who are applying for conversion of their foreign driving licences?
Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and Employment Pass holders are not affected by the Class 3C / 3CA driving licence. They will continue to be granted the Class 3 / 3A driving licence upon conversion of their foreign driving licence after passing the BTT.
