If I enrolled with a private driving instructor prior to 16 December 2019 but change the driving instructor and not the driving licence class, will the introduction of the simulator course affect me?
Any changes before 16 December 2019 will not be affected. If the change in private driving instructor does not lead to a new enrolment in a different driving school, you will not be affected by the requirement.
