Like all registered mail, SingPost will leave a note for your collection at the nearest post office within a stipulated time when nobody receives your mail at the directed mailing address. You have to collect the mail personally at the designated Post Office. If you do not collect within the stipulated time, the mail will be returned to Traffic Police Department and you will have to pick it up personally at our service counter, bringing along the receipt and your NRIC/Passport/EP/WP/SP for verification.
