What is the age limit for Singapore Driving Licence?

The lower limit of applying for a riding / driving licence is 18 years old. For motorist  who are 65 years and older, he is required to be certified medically fit by a singapore registered medical practitioner. He/she will be allowed to drive every 3 years after he submits the medical report.
