You can use your report number or the appeal reference number to check the status of your appeal. To check on the status of your appeal, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log on to SPF website.
Step 2: Click on "E-Services" to access
Step 3: Click on "Traffic e-Appeals Portal" under "Apply"
Step 4: Click on "Check Appeal Status"
Step 5: Fill in your report number / appeal reference number.
Step 6: Follow the instructions to complete the report
