What is the appeal criterion for traffic offence?

You can only appeal if there was a medical emergency and you have documentary proof to support your appeal. All appeals which do not meet this criterion will be rejected. If you do not meet the above criterion, you can pay your fine at this link.

Providing misleading / false information is an offence. Offenders, if found guilty under Sec 182 Chapter 224 of the Penal Code shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, a fine which may extend to $5,000, or with both. Repeated appeals without fresh evidence will not be considered.
