With effect from 1 November 2016, appeals for traffic offences can only be submitted online via Traffic e-Appeals portal. If you do not have access to a computer or the Internet, you may use the self-service computer at Traffic Police located at 10 Ubi Avenue 3 Singapore 408865.

The computer terminals are available for public use from Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, excluding Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holiday.

Please bring along the Notice of Traffic Offence and any supporting documents for scanning, if necessary.
