To cancel/reschedule/change a visit booking, call 1800-PRISONS (1800-774 7667) and press 2 for visit related matters, for assistance.

For quicker service, you may consider using the Online Booking Portal (iPRIS) for quicker and easier service: https://www.sps.gov.sg/visit-matters/visit-information/how-to-visit.

Cancellation/rescheduling/changing of visit booking must be done at least 2 working days before the scheduled visit. Visits that are not cancelled in advance will be forfeited without replacement.
