How to register as a Corppass Admin for a Singapore Registered Entity (rewritten with written responses)

This article shows you how to register for a Corppass Admin account if you represent a Singapore Registered Entity. A Corppass Admin can manage digital services and user accounts for their organization.

Before you begin:

  • You must have a valid Singapore NRIC or FIN

  • You must know the email address of one of your entity's Registered Officers (ROs)

  • Your entity must have been registered for at least one day

  • If your RO is a foreigner without Singpass, contact Corppass Helpdesk at 6643 0577 for assistance

Steps:

  1. Go to the Corppass Portal and click Services, then select Register for Corppass > UEN Registered Entity

  2. Log in with your Singpass

  3. Enter your organization's Unique Entity Number (UEN)

  4. Enter and verify your email address

  5. Select a Registered Officer (RO) to notify and enter their email address Tip: Any RO can approve your application, but only your selected RO will receive the notification email

  6. Read and accept the Corppass Agreement, then click Submit

Your application will be processed differently based on your role:

  • If you are a Registered Officer (RO): Your application will be approved automatically

  • If you are not an RO: Your application needs approval from any RO in your organization. The RO will need to digitally sign the approval using their Singpass app

Troubleshooting:

  • If your organization is registered under another organization as RO, contact Corppass Helpdesk at 6643 0577

  • If you've moved to a new organization and can't access your account:

    1. Ensure your previous organization has removed your account

    2. Ask your new organization's Corppass Admin to add you as a user

    3. Wait for 1-2 working days for the changes to take effect

  • For foreign ROs without Singpass who need to approve applications, contact Corppass Helpdesk
