- claim insurance from AsiaPac. You can only claim once, and the current insurance coverage is 3

years.

- You may get the claim insurance from ICT Manager and fill up the relevant highlighted sections.

The vendor will do a fortnight collection of the device. This process usually takes 6-8 weeks for

the replacement.

Or

go straight to any Apple Service Centre below. This is especially when you have utilized the claim

insurance from AsiaPac. Otherwise, this process is usually faster and you may use Apple Care to

pay only the service fee. For the 2 nd option, your child will bring the new iPad to ICT Manager for

the school to install DMA in the device.
