As the liquidator of a company currently undergoing liquidation, to appoint a new Corppass Admin (or to appoint yourself as Corppass Admin), please follow these steps:

1. Terminate Existing Admins:

   • Request the Registered Officer of the liquidated entity to terminate the existing Corppass Admins.

   • Alternatively, reach out to the current Admins to request that they terminate their own accounts.

     
     

2. If Termination is Not Feasible:

   • Contact the Corppass Support team here.

   • Provide evidence of the liquidation proceedings with your name on the documents, along with a photo ID.

   • Indicate whether the existing Corppass Admins should be removed or not.

   • The Corppass Support team will verify these documents and process your application within 5 working days.
