After ACI enrolment, what do I need to have to use the automated lanes on my subsequent trips?

Updated by ICA

After your enrolment for the Automated Clearance Initiative (ACI), you need to produce the following to use the automated lanes at the checkpoints on your subsequent trips:

  • The registered passport that is valid for more than six months;
  • A submitted SG Arrival Card; &
  • A valid Singapore visa (if applicable)

You will need to provide a valid email address in your SG Arrival Card submission to receive your Visit Pass (e-Pass) when using the automated lanes. You will not be issued with an arrival immigration endorsement in your passport.
