Who are eligible to enrol for Automated Clearance Initiative (ACI)?
Arriving foreign visitors who meet the following criteria will be enrolled for the use of automated lanes during clearance at the manual immigration counters or designated automated lanes.
• Fulfil entry requirements
• Aged six and above
• Has a valid machine-readable passport[1]
• Passport holders of eligible countries/places/groups

Residents (Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents) or Long-Term Pass Holders who wish to use the automated clearance facility may refer to the Automated Lanes at the Passenger Halls and/or Biometrics Identification of Motorbikes (BIKES) for more information.
[1] Applicable only for clearance at the designated automated lanes at Tuas Checkpoint, Woodlands Checkpoint and Marina Bay Cruise Centre.
