If you have a pending application (Singapore Citizenship, Permanent Residence or Long-Term Visit Pass) submitted before 26 June 2024, you will not be able to submit a new application for the same product(s).
If you wish to apply for new applicant(s) and/or new product(s), you may submit the application at ICA e-Service.
The applicant must not have any pending application(s) for the product that he/she is applying for.
