When can I collect my Identity Card after completion of formalities for Singapore PR application?

Applications submitted before 26 June 2024:

You can make an appointment for IC collection one day after the completion of your Singapore PR formalities. The collection of Identity Card is by appointment and the time slot is subject to availability. 

Application submitted on or after 26 June 2024:

Upon completion of your Singapore PR formalities, you can make an appointment for IC collection after three working days. The 'Date of Issue' will be required to make the appointment. You can retrieve the 'Date of Issue' from ICA e-Service after you complete the PR formalities.
Your IC must be collected within three months after you complete your Singapore PR formalities.
