Why do I need to book an appointment online for the completion of Singapore PR formalities?
Applications submitted before 26 June 2024:
You are encouraged to make an appointment for your completion of PR formalities before heading down to ICA Services Centre, ICA Building (Level 5), so that you will be served promptly if you arrive on-time.
If you arrive without an appointment, ICA may not be able to serve you when our appointments are full.
Applications submitted on or after 26 June 2024:
Applicants who are required to complete your formalities at ICA Building will be assigned an appointment slot. You can check your appointment date and time on the ICA e-Service.
Should you wish to change your appointment slot, you may do so at ICA e-Service.
