As an applicant, you must ensure that the information given in the application and/or any attached document is true, accurate and complete. A qualified person must conduct a route survey before the application is submitted and the actual transportation. All affected structures along the proposed route must be inspected and the route affirmed to be safely passable to the oversized vehicle stated in the application.
