You can register for Singpass through the following ways:

(a) Access Register for SingPass function on the SingPass website. Please note that you will receive your pin mailer password via mail (to your registered address) within four working days.

(b) If you require further assistance, you may visit the nearest SingPass Counter with the necessary documents for verification and request to register a new SingPass account. If you are currently overseas, you can access Register for SingPass function on the SingPass website. You will receive your pin mailer password via mail (to your registered address. Please note that there will be a longer delivery time to overseas mails.
