What should I do if I'm unable to pay the DRS Fees?
Sometimes the online payment system may not work properly. If you cannot complete your payment online, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take a screenshot
Take a screenshot of the error message or problem you see
Make sure the screenshot clearly shows [BLANK - specify what should be visible: error message/payment page/etc.]
Step 2: Report the issue
Email your screenshot to [BLANK - verify correct email address]
Include in your email:
Your full name
[BLANK - specify required ID: NRIC/UEN/Registration number]
Description of the problem
