Step 1: Take a screenshot

• Take a screenshot of the error message or problem you see

• Make sure the screenshot clearly shows [BLANK - specify what should be visible: error message/payment page/etc.]

Step 2: Report the issue

• Email your screenshot to [BLANK - verify correct email address]

• Include in your email:

  • Your full name

  • [BLANK - specify required ID: NRIC/UEN/Registration number]

  • Description of the problem
