Besides the programmes offered by our Autonomous Universities, MOE also subsidises selected degree programmes offered by the arts institutions (i.e. the LASALLE College of the Arts (LASALLE) and the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA)) in partnership with overseas universities, such as NAFA's Bachelor of Music programme with the Royal College of Music and LASALLE's degree programmes with Goldsmiths, University of London.

MOE's fee subsidies are generally for first-time degree students.
