My net aggregate score is equal to or better than the previous year's Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE) cut-off point for a course. Does that guarantee my admission into that course?
Your admission into that course is not guaranteed.
The previous year's JAE net aggregate scores are provided as a reference only and the cut-off points are based on the lowest ranked students who were admitted into the courses.
The Ministry of Education (MOE) and schools do not predetermine the net aggregate scores. These scores can vary from year to year, due to factors such as the O-Level performances of students and their chosen courses during the JAE.
