What should I do if my child loses the Secondary 1 (S1) Option Form and S1 PIN during the school choice submission period? Can I obtain another S1 PIN?

Your child’s S1 PIN is issued only once before the start of the school choice submission period in late November. You should report the loss of S1 PIN to your child’s primary school immediately to prevent any unauthorised access.

Your child’s primary school will assist you in submitting your school choices. The school staff will enter your child’s choices and give you a Verification Slip (VS) endorsed with the school stamp. Please check the VS and inform the staff immediately if there are any errors. After verifying, you need to acknowledge the submission by signing on the VS. A copy of the VS will be given to you for records.
