What should I do if my account is locked, or I have difficulties logging in to the Secondary 1 – Internet System (S1-IS)?
You can contact your child’s primary school to help with the submission. The school may ask for:
- Completed S1 Option Form
- Your child’s Birth Certificate
- Both parents’ NRICs/FIN
After the school staff submits your child’s options, they will give you a Verification Slip (VS) endorsed with the school stamp. Please check the VS and inform the staff immediately if there are any errors. After checking, you must sign on the VS and keep a copy for records.
