Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident children who have elder siblings studying in K1 – K2 in the MOE Kindergarten (MK) which the child is registering, or P1 – P6 in the primary school that the MK is located within in the year of registration, are eligible for Priority Order 2 admission.
