Will children enrolled in the MOE Kindergartens located within primary schools have priority admission to the primary schools?

<base-collapsible title="If your child is a Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent Resident (PR)" class="moe-collapsible-child">Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident children from the MOE Kindergarten (MK) are eligible to register under Phase 2A during the Primary 1 Registration Exercise for admission to the respective primary school their MK is located within. However, admission is not guaranteed as balloting will be conducted when the number of applicants in Phase 2A exceeds the school vacancies.
</base-collapsible> <base-collapsible title="If your child is an International Student with at least one Singapore Citizen (SC) parent" class="moe-collapsible-child">International Students will need to submit an online ‘indication of interest’ form via the MOE P1 website, in end May/early June, to register under Phase 3 of the P1 Registration Exercise, after all SCs and PRs have been allocated a place under the earlier phases of the P1 Registration Exercise. Admission to the primary school is not guaranteed and subject to available vacancies (including for those who have studied in an MK).
