How will a Flexi-Adjunct Teacher (FAJT) be eligible for leave benefits?

To be eligible for leave benefits as a Flexi-Adjunct Teacher (FAJT), you would need to accumulate 3 months (i.e, 90 days) or more of cumulative service with the same school. Exception is for Shared Parental Leave (SPL), where individuals will be eligible for SPL as long as (i) the spouse is eligible for maternity leave or adoption leave and, (ii) has declared that she wishes to share the leave with him.
