Flexi-Adjunct Teachers (FAJT) will be allowed to consume their leave benefits (except annual leave which is commuted to cash) after they have accumulated 3 months (i.e., 90 days) or more of cumulative service with the same school. Exception is for Shared Parental Leave (SPL), where individuals will be eligible to consume SPL as long as (i) the spouse is eligible for maternity leave or adoption leave and, (ii) has declared that she wishes to share the leave with him.
