What are the eligibility criteria for using a caregiver’s address during the MOE Kindergarten Registration Exercise?
The caregiver must be:
- The child’s grandparent or a sibling of the child’s parent, and
- Living within 1km of the MK of choice
During registration, you are required to declare that you want to use the address of a caregiver.
If balloting is required, and your caregiver's address is within 500m of the MK, your child will be balloted together with those of the same citizenship living between 500m and 1km.
