Both PSEA and SkillsFuture Credit schemes aim to encourage individuals to pursue lifelong learning in different ways. The intent of the PSEA is to encourage young Singaporeans to attain a post-secondary education. SkillsFuture Credit covers a broader objective of empowering individuals to take ownership of their own skills development and pursue lifelong learning, and hence it can be used for a wider spectrum of courses.
