The Edusave Scheme is available to all students in special education (SPED) schools who are Singapore citizens. Eligible students receive the Edusave Pupils Fund, which is credited into students’ Edusave accounts.

Schools receive the Enrichment Grant for enrichment programmes and purchase of teaching and learning resources. MOE also provides a grant to SPED schools, to establish school-based awards for SPED students who are Singapore citizens. Additionally, the Opportunity Fund is given to SPED schools to level up co-curricular development opportunities for Singaporean students from lower income households.
