The monthly GIRO deductions are based on the bill generated as at 5th of the month. Any payments made on or after the 5th will only be reflected in the following month's bill. Hence to avoid duplicate payment, please do not pay via AXS or cash after the 5th of the month if you are on GIRO.

If you have made duplicate payments, the excess amount will be reserved for the payment of school and miscellaneous fees until December of the year. Any excess amount after reservation will be auto-refunded to the same GIRO account.

Note: January's and February will be billed together.
