I cannot issue a Work Permit through WP Online due to Safety Orientation Courses (SOC) issues. What should I do?

Check the worker’s training record on the WSH training records eService.

If the record shows ‘Competent’, resubmit the eIssuance  request through WP Online.

If the record shows ‘Not Yet Competent’, the worker must retake the course and assessment.

If no record exists, contact your training provider to ensure they have uploaded the training record and verify that the worker’s details on the certificate match their Work Permit Card exactly.

For SOC courses, results will be auto transmitted to MOM upon completion of the assessments. The results will be reflected in the WSH training records eService within 8 hours after the upload.

For non-SOC courses (Supervisor and above), Training Provider is required to upload the course results to MOM within 5 working days of course completion. The results will be reflected in the WSH training records eService within 8 hours after the upload.
