You should contact your training provider to verify if they have uploaded the information to MOM. Please also check that the worker’s details on the training certificate/safety pass match with their In-Principle Approval (IPA) or Work Permit (WP) card.

For SOC courses, results will be auto transmitted to MOM upon completion of the assessments. The results will be reflected in the WSH training records eService within 8 hours after the upload. 
 
For non-SOC courses (Supervisor and above), Training Provider is required to upload the course results to MOM within 5 working days of course completion. The results will be reflected in the WSH training records eService within 8 hours after the upload.
