Digital notifications will provide the seniors with a timelier update of their MediSave top-ups. Eligible seniors will get the digital notifications by 20 June 2023, while the others will get their letters by end-June 2023. This is also part of the journey towards a digital Government.

To ensure the digitalisation journey is inclusive, the Government has introduced a range of support measures to ensure digital access amongst the seniors. These include the Seniors Go Digital Programme to equip seniors with basic digital skills for daily activities such as video calls, and the Mobile Access for Seniors scheme to support lower-income seniors with a subsidised smartphone and mobile plans.
