Can I request for a basic bus service to ply a particular route in my area?
Since end 2009, the LTA has taken over central planning of the basic bus service network from the bus operators, SBS Transit Ltd and SMRT Buses Ltd. Therefore, all request for bus services and /or suggestions for changes or amendments to bus routes should be directed to the LTA.
