The taxi driver intentionally took a longer way to my destination and even shouted at me when I tried to correct him. What can I do?
Taxi operators are directly responsible for the satisfactory delivery of services such as customer service, conduct of drivers, etc.
For taxi-related matter, you may approach the respective taxi operators directly, or the LTA, the licensing authority of taxi services and taxi drivers in Singapore. The PTC has no jurisdiction over such matters.
