I think I got scammed / I suspect my account has been compromised. How can I recover my account?
Reporting a scam or account compromised
Step 1: Reset your password using Singpass Face Verification
Step 2: Log in to Singpass using your new password, followed by Singpass Face Verification
Step 3: Select “My account” > “Update profile” to update your mobile number and email address
Step 4: Select “My account” > “Manage 2FA” to deactivate the Singpass app or reinstall the Singpass app. This ensures that only you have access to your Singpass app.
For further assistance, call the Singpass Helpdesk at +65 6335 3533 and press “9” for 24-hour scam support. You should also lodge a police report.
