I am unable to access Singpass app's QR code scanner. What should I do?
You need to grant Singpass app access to your devices camera function in order to access Singpass app's QR code scanner. Go to your devices 'Settings' menu to check that you have granted Singpass app access to your devices camera function, and try again.
If the matter persists, QR code scanning may be incompatible with your device, operating system or browser. Please continue to log in using Singpass ID and password, followed by entering your SMS-OTP or through Face Verification.
