There will be no refund for payment after the application is submitted.

  

For appeal on the payment made after submission, please provide the following details along with your written request to the division in charge of this case, unless otherwise stated: 

1) Transaction reference number

2) Name of applicant

3) NRIC of applicant; and 

4) Valid reasons for cancellation or refund

All requests submitted are subject to approval on a case to case basis.
