A search fee of S$16 is imposed for each submission to apply for the certified true copies of reports/ documents. Application will be processed only after receipt of payment of the search fee. The application will be voided if there is no payment of the search fee after 14 days from the date of application.  

  

The search fee is chargeable and non-refundable, even if the documents requested for are not available or application is not approved. If applicant applies for all related documents in a single application, only one search fee will be imposed. Further searches for additional documents will be regarded as a new application.  

  

A document fee will also be imposed for each document applied for. Applicant will be notified of the document fee payable for each approved document for release, which is payable upon successful application. The document fee must be paid within 30 days from the date of notice.
