What you need to know before applying for police reports/ documents via e-CTC?
To use this service, you must have a legitimate interest* and be the complainant, victim, defendant of the case or the Law Firm/ Insurance Company representing the above-stated parties. Please be warned that providing false information to the Police in the e-application is an offence under Penal Code 1871.
(*Note: What constitutes "legitimate interest" is an exercise of the administrative discretion of the police in response to an application for a report/ document.)
