What do I need to have before I lodge the report?
You will need to provide the following information:
a. Date/ time / place of accident;
b. Particulars of witnesses, if any;
c. Damage and position of accident vehicle(s) after the accident;
d. Registration number and description of another vehicle(s) involved; and
e. Brief description of how the accident happened.
