i) Full particulars of everyone listed in the company's business profile and persons handling arms, explosives or explosive precursors (Full name, NRIC / FIN / Passport Number, Gender, Date of Birth and Country of Birth)
ii) Certificates / testimonials of persons showing their experience and knowledge in the handling / having access to the arms, explosives or explosive precursors
iii) Brochure, product details and safety datasheets for arms, explosives and explosive precursors.

You will need to submit the following with the application if you are applying for a licence to store explosives and explosive precursors:
