What are the supporting documents I need to submit along with the Secondhand Goods Dealer application?
Applicants may be required to submit the following supporting documents to the Licensing Officer during the application process.
i) Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority record if the business is operating as an entity of "business" as stated under the Business Registration Act;
ii) Approved IDA licence (if dealing in secondhand telecommunications equipment which are scheduled goods);
iii) Tenancy agreement with the landlord for the premises use (where applicable); and
iv) Relevant planning permission for the use of the premises for scrap metal business (if dealing in items 9, 10 or 11 listed in the Schedule).
