What do I need to do when I want to change the place of transacting secondhand goods?

You will have to submit a change of particulars form (and include the new details in the form) with some supporting documents.

The supporting documents are as following:
i) Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority record if the business is operating as an entity of "business" as stated under the Business Registration Act;
ii) Approved IDA licence (if dealing in secondhand telecommunications equipment which are scheduled goods) with the updated business address;
iii) URA/NEA approval for the use of the premises for scrap
metal business (if dealing in items 9, 10 or 11 listed in the Schedule); and
iv) Photocopy of the existing Secondhand Goods Dealer licence.
