Under Sec 15 of the Private Security Industry Act 2007, you will require a licence if you:
  1. engage in the business of supplying, for reward, the services of security officers to other persons; or
  2. advertise, or in any way hold out, that the person supplies for reward, or is willing to supply for reward, the services of security officers, unless duly licensed.
