Yes, upon passing the required theory and practical driving tests, you will have to apply for a new QDL online by clicking here. If you are eligible, you will be issued with a new Singapore QDL.
When applying online for a QDL, you will need:
(i) An -NETS/Visa/MasterCard/Debit card; and
(ii) You - SingPass account. For foreigners without a SingPass account, you will need to log in with your FIN number and date of birth.
Note: It is an offence for a person to drive a vehicle if the person does not have a valid QDL that authorises him/her to drive the vehicle.
