How do I apply for a replacement or renewal of my Singapore Qualified Driving Licence (QDL)?
You may apply for the renewal/replacement of your driving licence via this link.
The driving licence will be delivered to any local Singapore address as indicated on your application form.
Upon successful application of the QDL, your QDL will be delivered to you within 10 working days.
Renewal can only be made within 1 month from the expiry of the QDL at the earliest. However, if your QDL has expired, you may still renew it. Please note that you are not allowed to drive until the renewal application is successful.
Please note that if the QDL have expired, you are required to renew it within 3 years from the date of expiry. The QDL will no longer be valid after 3 years and you will be required to do the conversion again. For the new conversion application, you are required to provide the relevant documents for TP’s assessment. However, you will not be required to retake the Basic Theory Test (BTT) again.
