How will I know if my medical examination form has been accepted?
If you had submitted your medical examination form online, you can log into the our e-Services portal here using your SingPass account or Foreign Identification Number (FIN) to track the status of the submission. If your form is accepted by TP, you will also receive a letter of acknowledgement from TP by post.
