Off-site enrolment at your Institute of Higher Learning
In collaboration with the Institute of Higher Learning, ICA conducts offsite enrolment on an ad-hoc basis for the enrolment and issuance of Student's passes.

The institution will advise applicant on the date, time and venue for the offsite enrolment. After the applicant has arrived in Singapore, he/she is required to report for offsite enrolment as scheduled for the enrolment and issuance of a Student's pass.

Without Off-site enrolment
If you are not scheduled for offsite enrolment by your school, please make an appointment via our e-Service for the Student's Pass enrolment and collection. On your appointment date, you may report to ICA Building with the necessary documents as stated in the IPA letter for the enrolment and collection of your Student's Pass.
